Items that were damaged or defective, we

Items that are not fit are not returnable.

Return Order Condition: The merchandise
returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original labels / tags attached, and in
its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified
to be unacceptable and will not be refunded.
Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons,
we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or
similar intimate items.
Shipping Charges for Return Items:
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and
they should take up the insurance on their own.

sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you use a reliable
express
service such as EMS or DHL which offers a tracking method. If you do not
use a
courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return
receipt, Lover-Pretty won't take responsibility for non-receipt of
return
goods.
Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return
items must be received within 14 days of the waybill number being issued. Items
received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.

1.How to deal with if the item is
defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective,
and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.
Firstly: If the item is defective, please
notify us within 2 days of receiving it.
Secondly: please shoot the pictures of the
defective item, and then send the pictures to us by email, so that we could
submit them to our Technical Director, after the check and approval, we will
add the replacement to your next order for free or refund related value.
Thirdly: if we are unable to identify, all items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a
refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs
and custom fees incurred. But to make up the loss of
customers, after the assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the
next order.
2.Return
Firstly, Email us the reason of returning
goods to the seller .
Secondly,
please pay the returning shipping fee and clearance fee yourself in
advance, and also you need to take responsibility for the shipping fee
of sending to you, then we will accept returning back .
Thirdly, once we get the returning package
and after check, we will refund to you if the returning goods all in a good
condition.
Credit or replacement item will be
issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
